The building also houses the Parsvanath Metro Mall which is a mix of restaurants. The restaurants are placed on the eastern side of the station while one can find small eateries on the western end; this placement of eateries has created a divide between the two spaces.

The structure is supported with the help of heavy columns and beams that run perpendicular to each other. The entrance atrium is covered with a space frame of tensile members.
