Introduction This school of culinary arts is designed for students of 1200 Admissions and staffs of 215 (Including non teaching staff) the above is calculated with the help of “Affliation Scheme given by National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology.”

Section A A’
Cassification There are two leaves om the building where each leaves contains 2 departments of students and their supporting spaces. Auditorium Auditorium located in the back and centre of two leaf is to accomodate 1200 people in it. Circulation All the space are connected to the teaching kitchens in the hirarky of accebility. Ventilation Every space in the instution is supported with cross ventilation and every space has intraction with the respective court yards. Levels Levels of the instution helps in the physical proportion of the building. Physical critisism As the building is two story the building runs with the horizontal road which gives the feel of flowing with the surrounding. Shree Varrshan

The entrance is with a long coridor with coloumns and greens surrounding it.
The staircase sapce acts as a gathering situated between the teaching kitchens and the class rooms of the students.
which gives a elegat look to the institution and the massive sixe of slab at the entrance shows the strength of the facade.

site is situated in front of a pond where view from the hall gives an adventureous feel this banquet halls is of two levels and two halls.

Both the halls has its dining space on its eaither sides of the halls. these cuboid capsules are open at one side from where it receives light throuhout the space. The cantiliver cuboid is supported on a huge ms steel columns which gives a clear support and also aesthetically supports the structure these cuboids form a clear structure.

Colour Variation
The materials and the style of the building are inspired from the works of Tadoando. the full structure is built using steel pillars, exposed concrete walls and roofs.
To show the difference in Concrete the concrete colour is beeing darker on the cantilevered cell and lighter in the other cell. where the peeking cell shows elegent.
