Concept : OPEN THE BOX
1. Box
2. Open the box
The concept is about to open a box and implementing the spaces required for institution building. The spaces is placed in such a manner that natural ventilation and sunlight is achieved in good amount. Instead of giving separate landscape spaces, it is mixed within the structure to create a calm environment inside the institution. Maximum amount of opening is given towards Sabarmati river side. Local materials such as exposed brick is used for the construction of the building. Hence , sustainability is achieved considering natural light and ventilation, use of materials, etc.

The concept was trying to make building look modern and iconic in Kharghar city, as it is one of the smart city. The design of the building is derived from the irregular shaped Rubik cube. 2.) joining two more cube and rotating it from random parts
