01 BEACH FRONT LUXURY CONDOMINIUM LOCATION: kidiyoor, Udupi, Karnataka, India
Design aims to provide luxury Condos for nearly 400 families along with other amenities.The proposed scheme consists of three types of units ranging in the area of 200sqm-350sqm catering to 750-800 members of the community. The site is situated on an estuary of Udyavara River and Arabian Sea, The Builder aims to get the maximum advantage of site and build an iconic structure, which could initiate the growth of a posh residential neighbourhood and be a landmark for the city. The requirements for the proposed housing project are listed below. 1. Housing – Studio 75-100sqm. Nos:25 3bhk- 20-275sqm. Nos:125 4bhk- 250-350sqm. Nos:250 2. First aid centre 3. Community space 4. Services: Fire, STP, Transformer yard, DG, OHT etc. 5. Parking 6. Commercial space. ALLOCATED FOR DEVELOPMENT: Site area: 42,164 sqm ; FAR – 3.0 Ground cover 45% Housing - 25% Road network – 15% Open spaces- 35% Parking – 05% Civic amenities - 15%

The presence of inner courtyards offers local recreation spaces for the residents/users.

Dividing into two individual apartment blocks with separate corridors with a gap in the middle provides ventilation allowing more natural light into the passage and individual apartments. It also facilitates natural ventilation from the basement to the rooftop, creating an air circulation channel in the central space.

02 COVID MEMORIAL LOCATION: HUBLI,KARNATAKA,INDIA
The design problem is to propose a COVID Memorial at Hubli. The site is divided into two unequal sites of 4 acres and 2 acres by an 18 metre wide road. Site Loaction - Hubli, Karnataka Site Area 6 acres and 4 acres The proposed design should include: A MEMORIAL that serves the basic purpose of reminiscence of the past and for people to look back at it positively and full of emotions. A MUSEUM that captures the entire emotional and psychological impact on human nature and it's living through architectural spaces. A CAFETERIA that acts as a relaxation space and an area for eateries and embrace the entire space at the same time. A MEANS OF CIRCULATION to connect the two sites and help the users experience both the spaces. A PARKING area for the visitors.

03 RURAL PRIMARY SCHOOL LOCATION: LACHYAN,BIJAPUR,KARNATAKA,INDIA
EXPLORING IN NATURE THE MAIN AIM REFLECT IDEAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT, THE LEARNING SPACE SHOULD RESEMBLE A "HOME" MORE THAN TYPICAL CLASS ROOM. ALL THE CHILDREN COULD FEEL MORE LIKE HOME WHEN THEY COME TO SCHOOL, AND TO CREATE CREATIVE, COMFORTABLESPACE. THE BEST LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN OF KINDERGARTEN AND PRIMARY 15 "NATURE NATURE PROMOTES SELF LEARNING OF THE CHILDREN. THE DESIGN WILL HAVE BOTH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SPACES AND LANDSCAPE TO PROVIDE DIFFERENT LEARNING ACTIVITY. THE CONCEPT CONSISTS OF DIFFERENT ELEMENTS OF "NATURE." EACH ELEMENT IS SUITABLE FOR DIFFERENT STAGES OF CHILD'S DEVELOPMENT. THE NATURE ELEMENTS LISED TO CREATE AN LEAR -NING ENVIRONMENT FOR THE SCHOOL INCLUDES CAVES, SAND, MOUND OR SMALL HILL AND "TREES/FOREST." THIS CONCEPT ALSO SHOWS THE CHILDREN TO PROTECT NATURE AND RESPECT IT AND ALSO THE CONCEPT OF FREEDOM.

"MOUND" IS USED AS LANDSCAPE FOR SURROUNDING AREAS OF SCHOOL. THE CHILDREN CAN RUN AND PLAY AROUND AND UTILIZE THE SPACE FOR AN OUTDOOR LEARNING EXPERIENCE. THIS AREA ALSO CONNECTS ALL THE

TREES: "TREES" WHICH ARE PRESENT ON THE SITE PROVIDE SHADE WHICH CAN BE USED AS OUTDOOR LEARING SPACES. ALSO IT CAN BE USED AS PLAY AREAS.
CAVES: THE CAVE CONCEPT WILL BE USED AT ENTRANCE, IT WILL HAVE LAYERS AND INBETWEEN LAYERS IT HAS SPACES THAT ALLOWS NATURAL LIGHT TO PASS THROUGH IT AND IT CREATES FRESH ATMOSPHERE FOR THE KIDS

The proposed corporate offices are for brands such as Starbucks, Domino's pizza and Chilli's, among others. For this reason, the concept of the project is a search to turn offices into an experience, just as these brands are an experience for consumers. In addition to the work areas, "service nodes" were proposed, whose function is to promote informal meetings and provide printing, copying and coffee bars.
