THE BRIEF WAS TO DESIGN A SHOPPING MALL IN JHANSI (U.P) WHICH IS FUNCTIONAL AS WELL AS AESTHETIC . MALL DESIGN PROJECT FOCUSES ON CREATING A SPACE THAT SEAMLESSLY BLENDS FUNCTIONALITY WITH AESTHETICS. THE MAIN AIM WAS TO DESIGN A MALL THAT NOT ONLY LOOKS VISUALLY STUNNING BUT ALSO ENSURES THAT CUSTOMERS COMFORT AND EASY MOVEMENT. THE NORTH-FACING FACADE WITH LARGE OPENINGS CREATES A VISUALLY APPEALING SPACE THAT INVITES SHOPPERS TO EXPLORE THE MALL.OVERALL, MALL DESIGN PROJECT IS A CAREFULLY CRAFTED BALANCE BETWEEN FUNCTIONALITY AND AESTHETICS, DESIGNED TO CREATE A SEAMLESS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WHILE ALSO PROVIDING AN ATTRACTIVE AND ENGAGING ENVIRONMENT FOR VISITORS

HOSPITAL DESIGN PROJECT IS A FUSION OF FUNCTIONALITY AND AESTHETICS, WITH AN INNOVATIVE DESIGN APPROACH THAT PRIORITIZES UNIVERSAL ACCESSIBILITY, OPEN SPACES, AND CONNECTION WITH NATURE. THE HOSPITAL WILL BE A SPACE THAT IS BOTH FUNCTIONAL AND UPLIFTING, CREATING A WELCOMING AND HEALING ENVIRONMENT FOR PATIENTS, STAFF, AND VISITORS. THE DESIGN APPROACH WILL INCORPORATE FEATURES SUCH AS CANTILEVERS, GREEN WALLS, AND WATER FEATURES, CREATING A SEAMLESS CONNECTION WITH THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT. THE OPEN SPACES WILL BE STRATEGICALLY PLACED THROUGHOUT THE HOSPITAL, PROVIDING NATURAL LIGHT, VENTILATION, AND A SENSE OF CALM AND RELAXATION FOR PATIENTS AND STAFF.
UNIVERSAL ACCESSIBILITY WILL BE A KEY CONSIDERATION IN THE DESIGN, WITH FEATURES SUCH AS RAMPS, ELEVATORS, AND WIDE CORRIDORS DESIGNED TO ENSURE THAT ALL PATIENTS, STAFF, AND VISITORS CAN MOVE AROUND THE HOSPITAL WITH EASE. THIS CREATES A WELCOMING AND INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL.THE AESTHETIC OF THE HOSPITAL WILL BE A HARMONIOUS BLEND OF FUNCTIONALITY AND BEAUTY, WITH THE INNOVATIVE DESIGN APPROACH INCORPORATING A RANGE OF MATERIALS, TEXTURES, AND COLORS TO CREATE A SPACE THAT IS BOTH VISUALLY STUNNING AND FUNCTIONAL.

The concept of the research center is inspired by the atoll island i.e. When relative sea-level submerges the island again, the rim provides a rocky core on which coral grows again to form the islands of an atoll and the flooded bottom of the saucer forms the lagoon within them the same way building mass create a rim around the fresh water lake. The form of the building is organic and has soft edges which create a soft silhouette in the landscape.

THE CONCEPT OF DESIGN IS MAINLY FOCUSED ON COMMUNAL SPACES THAT HAVE ALLOTTED IN BE-TWEEN THE HOUSING UNITS AS IT WILL PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THE PEOPLE TO SOCIALIZE AND INTERACT WITH EACH OTHER. THE SINGLE” AND “COUPLE UNITS” FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ARE OLDER AND HAVE LIMITED MOBILITY, VISION, HEARING AND WHO LIVE ALONE ARE PROVIDED IN THE GROUND FLOOR. AND “THE FAMILY UNITS” FOR THE PEOPLE WITH FAMILIES ARE PROVIDED ON THE FIRST FLOOR. FACILITIES LIKE THE REHABILITATION CENTERS ARE ACCOMPANIED BY QUIET AND CALMING SPACES TO REVITALIZE ARE EMBEDDED IN THE CAMPUS FOR THE MANIFESTATION OF MENTAL PEACE.
