This study from Harvard Business Review also beautifully points the benefits the right attitude can induce to corporate firms.
People with a fixed mindset, believe that one can’t get successful unless they inherently possess the talent to do that. In contrast, the growth mindset suggests that failures are a part of learning and everything is doable by everyone. Remember the famous assertion of the legendary inventor Thomas

We are not living in Edison’s era anymore, but trust me, today’s time is even worse. With the sparks of innovation lighting in every third brain and aggressive advertising & marketing taking dreadful shapes, it simply does not make any sense still hold onto stubborn beliefs.
I know, it’s not a child’s play to get rid of a belief that has been sticking there for a long time in a flash. The challenging process of refinement needs to start right from unveiling the flaws, accepting them, and making advancements. 1. Mindlessly Following Facts Over Intuition A recent research found that almost 80% of businessmen aging from 20 - 40 years blindly trust facts until they hit them hard in the head. The same research suggested that 70% of the experienced business magnate around the
world aging from 50 and above, trust their intuition more than what’s claimed on the internet.
If a fact appears dependable, there’s no guarantee that it won’t go wrong or will prove favorable for your business niche as well. Getting help from facts is commendable but, if you want to be more satisfied with the results, try exploring multiple solutions for a problem.
2. Not Making Your Staff Feel Worthy Google tops the list of most-satisfied employees in the world. It also conquers the list of most used and highest-earning search engine in the world. Figured out the connection here? Employees are the most valued asset a firm can have and yet a number of businesses seemingly fail to retain that.
There are a number of ways you can keep the spirits, delight, and motivation of your employees on the silver line of the satisfaction sky. For me, it’s giving them the flexibility to work from home, making complimentary snacks & coffee available for them at all time, and rewarding the best-performers on a daily basis. 3. Be Flexible with Your Plan It’s pretty normal to visualize your goals and plan an optimized strategy upfront after kicking off your startup. With the facts on your table and the
confidence in your mind, you are reasonably sure that your plan will work and hence, you decide to stay stuck to it no matter what. Generally, this approach is good. Nevertheless, firm convictions may have solid consequences and sometimes, you may find yourself on a point to make or break.
As an entrepreneur, flexibility must be one of your ingrained traits. You must be ready to accept the fact at any given moment that your strategy is not working. You must be strong enough to convince yourself that despite all the hard work you put into the plan, it’s better to drop it right away and follow a different trail.
Adopting a ‘growth mindset’ should never be a single-person moment. Your whole team must buckle up to collectively tackle unexpected challenges as one. Unless it becomes a ‘team thing’, it’s incomplete. Yet, one thing is for sure that you have to be the jump-start point of it.
