At Seton Hill, we keep our costs low, and we’ll work with you directly to create a personalized financial aid package. We can get started as soon as you fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and list Seton Hill University as a school you’re interested in (our school code is 003362). In addition to other aid for which you may qualify, we also have scholarships reserved just for transfer students, such as:
• Transfer Scholarships: Ranging from $15,000-$21,000 annually!
• WCCC Scholarship/Grant: Students who have been accepted to Seton Hill University, enroll full-time, and have attended Westmoreland County Community College and completed 15 or more credits will be awarded $1,500.
$34 MILLION IN AID
To help with your transfer decision, we will be happy to:
• Provide a free unofficial evaluation of your current academic credit situation prior to applying to Seton Hill. You can request a free credit evaluation when you fill out a request for information form at setonhill.edu/undergradtransfer.
• Help you choose courses at your current school that will meet the requirements for a degree at Seton Hill if you plan to transfer in the future.

It’s possible to transfer up to 90 credits to Seton Hill! The amount you will be able to transfer will depend on your major and the courses you’ve taken already. (Our free credit evaluations and transfer counseling will help you figure this out.)
To earn a baccalaureate degree from Seton Hill, a transfer student must:
• Take at least half of your major’s courses at Seton Hill.
• Earn your last 30 credits at Seton Hill.
If you select a minor, at least one half of the required credits for the minor must be taken at Seton Hill.

Seton Hill University has rolling admissions, so you can apply any time. We will need you to provide us with:
• A completed application (apply online for free at setonhill.edu/apply).
• Official college transcripts from all colleges/ universities attended.
• A high school transcript ONLY IF you do not have an associate’s degree or have completed fewer than 60 credit hours.
• SAT/ACT scores (required if fewer than 25 credits are attempted).
Seton Hill requires official transcripts to be sent for enrollment purposes. Official transcripts are those sent directly from an educational institution to the university
in a sealed envelope or through a secure online service. Visit setonhill.edu/transcripts for more information. Please mail your official transcripts and any other materials not provided online to:

Some majors have unique admission requirements. You can find these on setonhill.edu, and we’ll also let you know about any special requirements after you apply.
Once accepted to Seton Hill University, your official college transcripts will be reviewed and you’ll receive a credit evaluation indicating which credits will transfer to Seton Hill. Credit will only be given for courses in which you have earned a C- or better.
It’s important to get a feel for your future career while you’re still in college. Many Seton Hill students also want the opportunity to study abroad, help others, and expand their horizons as part of earning a degree. Depending on your goals, experiential learning at Seton Hill can take many forms, including:
• Internships, on and off campus.
