This is a guide to help you understand the idea and concept behind our chain of hotels better. ELEGANT, CULTURED, NOSTALGIC AND EXCLUSIVE. These five words describe our brand the best. Our idea is to provide an experience of living in the traditional Maharashtrian housing style and bring out the essence of its architecture. We stay true to out tagline and strive in try to bring tradition and luxury toegther into one experience. Our inspiration has been the forts built by the ancient rulers and the traditional dwellings - ‘the wadas’. It will have a nostalgic and homely atmosphere, accompanied with a high-class service quality.
OUR LOGO For Print and Web Stacked Versions All collaterals must contain ‘The Maratha Pavilion’ logo. The size of the logo is 1-1/2 inches by 1-3/4 inches. The point size of the title is 20 and of the caption is 10. The ratio of the size of the title to the size of the sub-title has to be 2:1.

DO’S : • Always keep the brand name and subtitle centrally aligned in relation to the logo. • Maintain the ratio between the size of the logo to the size of the title and caption. • Always keep the words ‘Maratha’ and ‘Pavilion’ together. They could be separated from ‘The’, but not from each other. • The logo should be on the top of the text for the stacked version and on the left of the text for the horizontal version. • The text must be left aligned for the horizontal version.

In order to maintain our logo’s identity and character, adequate spacing is very important. It separates it from other graphic elements like text, photographs or any other visual elements. The spacing for all three layouts of our logo is indicated using the letter ‘X’ from the caption. The outer spacing for all three is three times the height of ‘X’. There needs to be enough spacing around the logo since there the visual and text are quite intricate and heavy. In the 2nd and 3rd layout, ‘The Maratha Pavilion’ are written in the same text box, where ‘Maratha Pavilion is written on the next line’. Minimum spacing should be maintained whenever the logo is proportionally enlarged or reduced in size.

There is some detailing in terms of colour in the two horizontal petals of the logo. The yellow petals have a stroke of a darker shade than the fill.

KOYNA SOJOURN Koyna Sojourn is a typical forest stay near Koyna Wildlife Sanctuary. The atmosphere will be that of a rural Maharashtrian village. Although it is located near a forest, accommodation will be in fully serviced luxurious tent.
