Vertical Stacking Basic Creation of GreenScapes

Green pockets and Open space

Additive and Subtractive Extrudes Green pockets and Extensive in the Landscape in Every FLOOR Plate

Vertical Stacking with Additives and Subtractives : The technique in which the signal-to-noise ratio is enhanced by summing the signals for a number of shots into one set of geophones or hydrophones at one offset.e The Counter Shfit of floorplates : The functional shift and Addtions led to a re-creation of courtyard and greenscape, Provincial

becomes a habitat on each levels and spaces. The vibe of the habitat would be different from the other habitat available in the Project.

Functional Zoning has been initiated, where-as there will be no colliasion in between the functions of the floor plates. Basically, Each and Every Floor plate has a different function which do not collide with the other respective spaces, as in there is no common functions in the Architecture hub. EXPANSION JOINT ( TOWER FLOOR ) An expansion joint or movement joint is an assembly designed to hold parts together while safely absorbing temperature-induced expansion and contraction of building materials, and vibration, or to allow movement due to ground settlement or seismic activity

SITE ZONING TRANSFER GIRDER ( BASEMENT COLUMN ) The trusses are lighter in self-weight and can transfer loads over large spans. Parallel chord trusses, such as lattice girders or floor girders, are usually used for the transfer structure. Sources for Steel Transfer Trusses. The main difference between a girder and a beam is the size of the component. In general, workers in the construction industry refer to large beams as girders. If it is the chief horizontal support in a structure, it is a girder, not a beam. If it is one of the smaller structural supports, it is a beam

TERRACE GARDEN In gardening, a terrace is an element where a raised flat paved or gravelled section overlooks a prospect. A raised terrace keeps a house dry and provides a transition between the hardscape and the softscape.

URBAN HOUSING COMPLEX The first thing that probably comes to mind when you think of an apartment is a residential unit inside a building. From this image, it may seem logical to say that an apartment is simply a single living space, among others within a building. So then, what about a single-family house that the owner rents to a tenant? Even though the rental is a house, it can also be referred to as an apartment
