The Italians are very big on culture, especially weddings. The morning of the wedding the groom sends the bride a bouqu

There is also a tradition of tying the ribbon that was placed in front of the church. This symbolizes the bride and groo

party favor called “bomboniere”. Bomboniere is sugared almonds or confetti and printed ribbons. The confetti is given quantities of odd number, normally five or seven, another form of good luck.

Candy Factory

The Candy Factory is a playhouse created for the Hornes’ three-year old girls, Ebony and Ava. The playhouse is for the twins fourth birthday they want to get in theme of their two favorite things, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and candy. Combing the two ideas, I came up with “ Candy Factory Playhouse.” The playhouse will contain a toy chest, a play kitchen and small living room set up. Because of Mr. Horne’s job, the fa tends to move around a lot, so making the playhouse at a maximum of 8’ X 12’ and portable so that it can be moved if necessary. Incorpora a rainbow of different shade hues will make the design colorful and kid friendly. Not only will the playhouse be kid-friendly,but it will be safe for children and the anthropometrics as well. The girls are very active, so safety guidelines will be strictly enforced. No type of ropes will be incor rated, as well as sharp corners. If enclosed windows are added, then they will be plexi glass.
