Andreas Bonifacio was born in Trieste, a town close to Venice in northeastern Italy. He has been a passianote chef for the last twenty years and spent time in Michelin starred restaurants and 5 star hotels where he gained substantial experience from five stars hotels. He respects the original taste and recipes of his home country yet produces them in his own innovative way while keeping an eye on authenticity. With opening La Grappa in Hua Hin his goal was to bring the highest standards of Italian cuisine to Hua Hin.
