Fenster und Türen fungieren dabei als die entscheidenden Nahtstellen zwischen innen und außen. Sie sind wesentliche Funktions- und gleichzeitig wichtige Gestaltungselemente, die den wahrnehmbaren Raumkomfort beeinflussen.

Bei SIEGENIA konzentrieren wir uns seit vielen Jahrzehnten auf die Entwicklung von Fenster-, Tür- und Komfortsystemen, die genau dies ermöglichen – wahrnehmbaren Raumkomfort. Windows and doors act as the crucial interfaces between inside and outside. They are essential functional elements and at the same time important design elements that shape the palpable room comfort. At SIEGENIA we

have been concentrating for many decades on the development of window, door and comfort systems that make exactly this possible - palpable room comfort.

Konzipiert für schmalste Drehflügel ab 170 mm Flügelbreite und erweiterte bautechnische Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten z. B. auch als Anwendung bei Oberlichtern erlaubt sie die bedarfsgerechte Frischluftzufuhr ohne Platzeinbußen im Inneren des Gebäudes. In Abhängigkeit von der Flügelbreite ist dies sowohl in Paneel- als auch in Glasausführung möglich. Geeignet für den Einsatz ohne Absturzsicherungen - profilsystemabhängig - lassen sich die Elemente harmonisch in die Fassade integrieren. Zu den weiteren Stärken der Bandseite mit der verdeckt liegenden Beschlagtechnik zählt ihre hohe Variantenvielfalt: Sie trägt die unterschiedlichsten Größen, Flügelgewichte von mehr als 50 kg, und steht bei größeren Flügelbreiten wahlweise mit aktivem Mittelverschluss zur Verfügung. Dies vermeidet auch bei hohen Temperaturschwankungen ein Verziehen des Flügels und ermöglicht somit ein stets leichtgängiges Öffnen und Schließen. Das sorgt selbst bei großen Windlasten für Dichtigkeit und Energieeffizienz.

he concealed hinge side ALU axxent PLUS LK (ventilation flap) for aluminium turning sashes has been specially designed for manual ventilation in commercial and public buildings and provides security. Designed for the narrowest turning sash from 170 mm sash width and extended structural design options, e.g. also for use for skylights, it enables demand-based fresh air supply without forfeiting space inside the building. Depending on the sash width, this is possible in panel and glazed design. The elements can be harmoniously integrated in the facade as they are suitable for use without fall protection. The additional strengths of the hinge side with the concealed fitting technique include their great variant diversity: It supports the wide range of sizes, sash weights over 50 kg and is also available with an active centre lock. Die Erstinstallation beschränkt sich auf die Verlegung eines platzsparenden, vieradrigen Kabels, das Stromversorgung und Datentransfer gewährleistet. Dies ist unabhängig von der konkreten Anzahl an Funktionen die darüber gesteuert werden. Auch die nachträgliche Systemer weiterung ist problemlos möglich – ohne zusätzliche Kabel, so dass das Öffnen bzw. Beschädigen von Wänden komplett entfällt. The initial installation is limited to the routing of a space-saving, four-wire cable that ensures power supply and data transfer. Überdies kann sich der Bewohner per Push-Notification eine Alarmmeldung auf sein Smartphone senden lassen, sobald ein Einbruchversuch erkannt wird. So können auch Kunden, die kein Smart-Home-System installiert haben, von den Vorteilen moderner Technik profitieren. Durch seine einfache und kabellose Montage eignet sich der neue Fenstersensor senso secure sowohl für Neuanschaffungen als auch besonders für die Nachrüstung. The secured night vent, TITAN vent secure, provides room comfort in bathrooms due to the intelligent combination of burglar resistance, comfort and interior air quality. It is equipped with a freely scalable burglar resistance up to RC3 in the locked position and up to RC2 in the ventilation position and is barely detectable with its 10 mm wide tilted vent position. It protects against driving rain, thus enabling ventilation regardless of the weather.

Light and barrier-free access in one Transparency, rooms flooded with light and a magnificent view â&#x20AC;&#x201C; two lift and slide elements give the building a feeling of open living. The passage to the roof patio, in particular, is a high-end solution with a lot of room comfort. eit 30 Jahren ist BARTELS als Manufaktur für exklusive Türen bekannt, seit 2014 ist das Unternehmen als Marke in die GRAUTHOFF Türengruppe eingebunden. Fast jede Tür wird individuell für ihren Empfänger gefertigt. Im persönlichen Gespräch werden für Kunden aus aller Welt Türen kreiert, die den Architektenvorgaben entsprechen – häufig im Rahmen einer ausführlichen Beratung. „Wir pflegen intensive Kontakte zu unseren Kunden und verstehen uns als kompetenter Ansprechpartner, der auch in schwierigen Fällen Lösungen findet“, schildert Firmengründer Michael Lemken, der auch nach der Eingliederung in die GRAUTHOFF Türengruppe für BARTELS verantwortlich zeichnet. Elegant appearance — quiet closing For BARTELS, quality includes optical value and the skilful integration in the building architecture. Flush with the wall, flush-closing doors and invisible locking technology as far as possible are all part of this. Michael Lemken knows that minimalism is demanded by architects. When he saw the first predecessors of the magnetic lock at a trade fair in Italy, he saw possibilities for improving the quality and functionality. In KFV he found a suitable partner for the implementation. “KFV recognised the high potential of the magnetic lock at the time – nobody else was prepared to develop a solution that is indispensable nowadays in high-end residential construction", remembers Michael Lemken.
