Transparent, Wall mosque was left open but shading the porch as a form of harmonization with the environment and each other. Disclosure of the mosque is also a form of dialogue between God, man and nature. The whole porch using perforated boxes roster So with the spatial experience can eliminate the usual exclusive impression dibangunan mosques were impressed now closed and full of ornaments.
Seeing the mihrab form that develops in some mosque jami ', in fact the distance priest with sutrah exceed prescribed limits. This is a form of wastefulness. (Rahmawati, nur.2007). Then the mihrab design enabled only for prayer imam with mihrab broad enough no more, no ornaments, clocks, bookshelves etc. The physical form of the mihrab is designed as simple as possible with monolithic material so that it can become a media disclosure of the values of the surrounding community reflection.

Massing Concepts
First step is to relocate a number of people living in KampungPulo who get the harming impact caused by flood the most, and who get low quality of life because the inability to gain clean water and increasing density in that area.
Public facilities like kindergarten, commercial area for street vendors, and Puskesmas (health center) placed on ground floor's mezzanine with 1m height from ground surface to prevent flood's overflow. To make it hospitable for the disabled, ramp will be placed as circulation track.
Residential units are on 1st floor until 6th floor. There are 65 residential units in total. Each unit's size is 4x8 m with steel frame covered by precast concrete as the material.
Ramps are used as vertical circulation, but lift will be used as main vertical transportation. With the existence of ramps, people may feel spatial experience and interesting vista beside its hospitality for the disabled.
In general, the remaining land are used as open space and as rainfall drainage. Residential units use roof garden as cover to hamper direct sun radiation and to reduce Urban Heat Island.
Open spaces are treated in specific way to make it appropriate to be lived. Landscape treatment will be done by creating amphitheater, sport field and urban furniture so that can trigger high level of people's happiness index in that area.
Kampung (Village) Essence There are lots of solutions offered by government which prioritize physical aspects without paying specific attention toward social and cultural aspects as a part of society in specific area. For instance, a house is not merely a place to sleep for local villagers, but also as a place where social interaction happens and a place to start small independent shop. Ramp as a circulation connector for each floor can distinguish hierarchy in term of social gap.

Building's orientation and communal space (plaza) which face the river as view are intentional, so that local villagers can respect their environment as they take care of their home.

Plaza
Each units apply prefabrication system where units are made outside the site, then gathered with the main structure. This system makes units addition according to the demand possible as long as the main structure still can support its load.
Plaza can be a flexsible space. it also can be multifunction and be a space for traditional rituals, not only as a place for children’s playground. During holiday - weekend for instance - this place can transform into mini night market, therefor plaza is also functioned for livelihood source.

Issues
Increasing economic growth in jakarta becomes a powerful magnet to attract urbanization in Indonesia, but ineffective land use is the main problem. jakarta suppose to be able to be more compact due ro thr high rise of population. because if we keep the same pattenrn of sattlement the lan will be spent for settlement only and there will be no remaining space for public space and green area

Reclamation policy carried out without the participation and consultation with the community, as well as the absence of attention to the ďŹ sherman and environment. more ever, excessive develptment only exacerbates ecological disasters, such as tidal ooding along the jakarta bay. Third, the existing enviromental damage in the Gulf region of Jakarta. Fourth, the need for much sea sand for reclamation damage the marine ecosystem itself. Fifth, the reclamation project can destroy Jakarta as the capital of a country that became a national strategic area. Sixth, the reclamation engineering environment that damage the environtment and natural ecosystems in the Bay of Jakarta

Reclamation idea was based on the view of some people who thought that Jakarta had no space to live. while the fact is Jakarta still a vast if development is directed to vertical and more compacted. many horizontal settlement is the reason why space that can function became much less.

wall use that are permeable allowing the formation of a semi-open space of water, which means it can allow air to flow freely. air exchange between exterior and interior space in the parking area can maxmimal.wall use not only this is also a form of response of the climate in Indonesia. with characters humid tropical climate like Indonesia, the movement of the wind in the building is important to note. then, if viewed in terms of energy savings, the use of this pelingkup will affect the reduction of energy use of the building for the parking area no longer need water conditioner or a forced air flow for aeration in this area.

DESIGN STRATEGY
DESIGN VISION
ISSUES
CRITERIA
limited budget
fast easy adaptable assembling maintenance plan
The existence of an association of architecture in society still seem opaque. the introduction of the importance of the role of architects in each building design process into a specific vision in spite of the internal vision in the form of designing this portable office. location will fill the space - public space will open up the opportunity to give a positive paradigm for society. this can be done by giving space to the public in the form of public library and exhibition space architecture. the society is expected to be more sensitive and responsive to the importance of the role of the architect in any building design.
DESIGN STRATEGY
knockdown modular system plan & facade
PHASE 1 : RECOGNIZE urban heat island
culture crisis & public area
energy efficiency
cultural identity
light structure
public education
heat energy utilization
natural permeable vent & lighting facade
batik facade
library for everyone
truss system
architecture go public
PHASE 2 : REALIZE
VISIBILITY CONCEPT Patterns facade becomes a major element to be processed in order to attract attention, the public in general will be interested in the languages familiar form but applied in a different way, and the use of attractive colors are strong views. PATTERN use batik kawung and red on the application of vertical circulation becomes a strategy to attract attention can be public space.
MODULAR BENEFIT The most basic things with the use of a modular system is Palan of banguna can be adapted to various shapes and possibilities can provide convenience when positioned at various conditions of public space, while requiring a larger space can be made possible with expandable Mosul additional can form a larger space. other thanease of organizing mass form, with a module that is part of the offsite building construction can reduce the environmental impact compared to conventional construction process, by this time displacement will not leave traces or used, which means the public space.
roof with layering BIPV layer, thermal insulation, glubam and white paint is used as a roof coating to provide resistance of buildings at various locations will be selected
ASSEMBLY SCHEME ASSEMBLY PHASE 1 : MAIN STRUCTURE 1: PRECAST SLAB
red iconic skin Red is the color of the base of the IAI logo used until now will give accent to catch the eye of the public sphere as well become a counterweight to the mass of the building is dominated by neutral colors
permeable surface The use of aluminum 1.8cm, the outermost layer of the mass of the building is a solution to keep the thermal space inside while still allowing air can flow into the building. besides, the pattern of shadows on the room becomes more dramatic and dynamic form chambers.
2: GROUND FRAME
3: ALL FRAME
star ng with the prepara on of precast slab which serves as the successor to the mass load of the building to the ground.
Ringlock prepara on scaffolding and connected with precast slab as a channel load ground floor.
Ringlock connec on scaffolding will shape the field of modular space.

4: STAIR FRAME
2.4x2.4 modules use on any part of the floor in each level of the floor provide material efficiency, and minimize material wastage.
stairs are separated by a mob has a separate structure in order to provide stability to the structure.

secondary frame Hollow metal serves to maintain the stability of the secondary skin that envelops the building, but it also serves as a pathway for the removal of skin may have to increase visibility when needed
5: FLOORING
The next step is the assembly of the framework which will be the venue for facade
ASSEMBLY PHASE 3 : SURFACE & ROOFING thermal insulation transparent glass fiber used to maintain thermal comfort within the building, the goal that sun exposure can be detained and reduced in intensity when touching the inside of the building.
7: ROOFING

transparant surface Wiremesh used at the mini-library on the ground floor, to precisely maintain the visibility of space but still gives the impression of open public spaces
vertical access a separate staircase from the mass of the building will allow it to maintain a degree of privacy in the building, which is currently in place in any public space, vertical access can be controlled by the IAI
TOTAL ESTIMATED TIME: 13.5 HOURS WITH 3 TO 4 PEOPLE
multiplex partition partition as high as 2.5 is used to cover the prayer room and toilet area to preserve user privacy
multipleks + laminates module measuring 2.4x2.4 floor is a strategy for saving time and cutting costs in existing plant material added by using environmentally friendly flooring material, in addition to also guard against the shock effect of the displacement of outer space and in the public area
ringlock scaffolding Ringlock as the main structure which provides lightweight structural loads but still can load building mass with a stable load distribution
precast slab Slab measuring 60x60x20 serves to hold the mass of the building to remain stable. slab anchoring created to be flat in order to give the possibility to be stacked when the process of moving the building
