Entry Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in manufacturing or service organization at a Managerial level. A Lean Six Sigma Green belt certification (or equivalent level of experience and knowledge) or Significant experience in Process Excellence, Quality Assurance/Control. Post Graduate or Professional Qualifications.
Certification Requirements Active participation in class activities, group exercises and quizzes (60 points). Complete Five Knowledge Assessments (open book) staged at each phase of DMAIC (50 points). Minimum of 80% programme attendance (50 points). Successfully complete the Final Certification Assessment (closed book) with a score equal to or above 80% (400 points). Completion of one Lean Six Sigma Black Belt project within Six months and submit for approval (400 points). Recommendation Letter from the Sponsoring Organisation (15 points). Recommendation Letter from SSI Master Black Belt (25 points). (Minimum Certification Requirement: 900 or more points out of 1000).
