She demonstrated her ability to take on additional responsibilities and manage the workload with ease. Heather's efforts ensured that our marketing operations continued to run smoothly, and her contributions were invaluable in keeping campaigns running at the Club. The last week of the month is usually our most hectic week for Marketing, with new athletic schedules going out, social events calendars released, and end-of-month communications being sent so not only did she handle those with ease but she also kept up with her regular work-load in addition to mine. Her commitment and willingness to go above and beyond makes her an amazing employee of the month this month and every month of the year."
