Signature Homes does not charge any commission fees for the sale of your section. We will work out the build only cost for the home and whatever the section part of the package sells for is 100% yours to take home.
It is our common practice to advertise our House & Land packages with either a priced from figure, or fixed cost. Work with us to learn how we can maximise your returns at no cost to you.

How it all works

Meet & greet We’ll either meet you at our offices or at your section to discuss how our House & Land package sales process works and the benefits. We’ll begin to get an idea of what you’re hoping to achieve from the sale of your section, helping us paint a picture of what our package needs to offer.

Site assessment We’ll do a walkover of your section with our design and construction team to start to visualise what house design would be best suited to the section. We’ll identify who we think would be the ideal target audience for your section, ultimately deciding on the type of house we will design. Our initial site assessment involves; • What’s access like to the site • Does the site have any slope or contour issues that could significantly impact the costs to build on your site • Would there need to be any removal of trees and other obstacles that would get in the way of building a home on the site • Are there services already connected to the site or would these need to be installed • How the site is orientated to the sun • If any groundworks or retaining work is required. 3

Initial house design & cost estimate Once we have a proposed house design in place with the estimated costs, we will present it back to you for review and work through the pricing of the package to ensure we secure a premium price for the section part of the package.

Going to market Once we’ve agreed on the House & Land package starting from price, we will begin your marketing campaign.

Buyer site visits Once the marketing campaign is live, we will start to receive requests for site visits; for the first 2-weeks of the campaign, we will run open weekends to create a bit of hype and attract multiple groups to the site, which helps to develop a sense of urgency.

Sale of the House & Land Package If all goes to plan, we will find the right buyer at the right price, and your section will be sold with 100% of the sale price of the section yours to take home.

Our packages often feature newly-released land from developers that isn’t available to the public, and we match each section with one or more plans that maximise the specific site and environment. Alternatively if you do have a section to build on, adding a Signature Homes House & Land package to it may be a great way to maximise the value of your land.
