Whether you modify a pre-designed plan or start from a blank page, you’ll have the guidance of our expert team. We’ll meet you on-site to discuss position, orientation and any other requirements. This ensures your concept plans align with your vision as much as your budget. You’ll be presented with options that meet your aspirations and investment level.

Once your home designs are approved and pricing is finalised, our dedicated team will manage the entire consenting process for you. We ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience, allowing you to focus on your vision while we take care of the details.

Before anyone lifts a spade, you’ll begin working with your dedicated Signature Homes project manager your first point of contact and your advocate onsite. You’ll also sit down with our team to go through your build plan point by point so you’re starting the process with confidence.

STAY INFORMED 24/7
You’ll receive regular updates from your project manager, complete with notes and photos, all available 24/7 through your digital construction portal.
WATCH YOUR HOME BEING MADE REAL
Put on your personalised Signature Homes hi-vis vest and see your home’s progress for yourself. Accompanied site visits are scheduled for key milestones: once the floor is down, before the electrical goes in, once the interior lining and kitchen are complete and a pre-handover inspection. There will also be time to celebrate the roof going on with our Signature Homes Roof Shout.
MAKE SOLID PLANS FOR MOVING IN
As soon as your new floor is down, you’ll have a completion date - guaranteed. This means you can start planning your move-in date early.
BUILD QUALITY ASSURED
Our quality assurance program ensures your build meets the highest standards at every stage. Your dedicated project manager will manage the tradespeople and verify that all work is completed to Signature Homes’ quality workmanship standards before signing off.
ENJOY CONTINUED CARE
During your build, a team member from our National Office will reach out to check in on your build experience and ensure our Signature Service standards are being met. After you move in, we’ll follow up again at three and twelve months to ensure everything is satisfactory and that you’re happy in your new Signature Home.

Since 2007, our building guarantees have been backed by Residential Indemnity Ltd (RIL), an independent organisation. We established RIL to safeguard our clients and deliver on our guarantees programme. It’s how we’re the only building company in New Zealand that can offer 100% assurance, regardless of your claim amount.
FIXED PRICE AND NO HIDDEN EXTRAS GUARANTEES
When you build with Signature Homes, the price on the contract is what you’ll pay, with no hidden extras. This is subject to the terms and conditions in your Signature Homes Building Agreement.
HOME COMPLETION GUARANTEE
In the unlikely event that your local Signature Homes franchise can’t complete your home, we’ll step in to ensure it gets done.
COMPLETION DATE GUARANTEE
Once your concrete slab is down, you’ll get a guaranteed completion date.
TWO-YEAR SERVICE GUARANTEE
Our quality assurance programme means it’s unlikely you’ll find any nonstructural defects in your new home. If you do spot any in the first two years, we’ll resolve them promptly.
TEN-YEAR STRUCTURAL AND WEATHERTIGHTNESS GUARANTEES
We have such confidence in our builders and build materials that we guarantee your home will be structurally sound, warm and dry well into the future.
DEPOSIT AND PROGRESS PAYMENTS - 100% SECURE
Your home deposit and progress payments are independently safeguarded providing you 100% protection.
All guarantees are subject to the Residential Indemnity Guarantee (RIL) terms and conditions.
