Gyani Kartar Singh Classwalia wrote the book "Ajit Khalsa (Itihas Khalsa No.2)" in Punjabi Bait style in March 1924. The author describes the atrocities committed by Samund Khan and Khan Bahadar on Sikhs after the death of Banda Singh Bahadar. The book also includes the martyrdom of Bhai Taru Singh, Bhai Mani Singh, Bhai Bota Singh, Bhai Heera Singh, Bhai Baghar Singh, Bhai Pahar Singh, Bhai Kartar Singh, Bhai Vazir Singh, Bhai Sura Singh, Bhai Subeg Singh, Bhai Shahbaaz Singh, Bhai Mehtab Singh, Hakikat Rai, and others.
