Hi! I am Silky Kumari. Equipped with a strong imagination power I have learned lines and colours before alphabets and figures. I've gained the taste of a variety of places and lived an amalgamation of culture. Communication is the foundation of everything and I love to explore its different mediums of expression. I believe that capturing pictures is savoring life intensely, every hundredth of a second and hence I seek an 8 week internship in Styling.

Consumed by wanderlust
Project Brief : To draw the essence of wanderlust through a picture story. Inspiration :
In July 2017, on a solo trip to Himachal, I was awstruck by a completely new culture and its beautiful side it potrayed. There is vague dream about reaching out, somewhere- directions unknown, to a journey about self-discovery, learning solitude, the difference between having a home and feeling at home and finding home in oneself. Thats the place to get to nowhere. And then when you feel lost, the Wanderlust will get you by the belly-aching fire. You pack bag and just leave, unplanned.

Space Design
Project Brief : Studying and researching a design movement (here, conceptual art) and creating a design space inspired from it. The design space developed here is in-store VM of a hypothetical denim store.o Inspiration :
Conceptual art
Concept Note :
Our visual merchandising display is a concoction of various elements with the main theme being denim. Our display depicts the window display of a denim company – Remettre en vogue a French term which means reviving. Here by reviving we mean renewing the used and junk materials to create a new fashion statement. The denim we have put is light as feathers and durable as metal parts and thus feathers and metal parts have been installed in the display. Journey is also portrayed in our display as our denim is the perfect fit for a journey due to its durability to wear and tear.
