[SITE] 160ft X 100ft, 1600sqft High Density Residential Zone Max heigth of 75ft 4 parking spots required
[ANALYSIS] Northwest District: 54% age 22-39 25% age 40-64 65.7% one person household Most of the buildings in this area interact well with the street. Sidewalks are wideto encourage walking. Most buildings are small, comemercial or residential with the exception of the hospital across Lovejoy.
[GOALS] Apartements tailored to specific demographics. Flexibility within each apartment. Active outdoor space centered around the living machine. Layers of interaction with regards to the street and different residential units.
[PROGRAM] 5 studios (460sqft) 4 One bedrooms (610sqft) 3 Two bedrooms (760sqft) Multi-Use: Resturant and Yoga studio open to the community

[living machine] This customizable wastewater treatment system uses living plants and organisms to treat greywater and rainwater. After collection, water moves through various stages of wetlands, ending in a reuse storage tank that returns the water to each building for toilet flushing and irrigation as it is needed. Excess water is pumped up to the community garden at the SouthWest corner of the site.

[SITE] Located on the corner of Jackson and Sixth Street, Moscow Idaho
[GOALS] Create a space to balance the needs of the community and the university. Incorporate the materiality of the surrounding buildings. Create a visibly sustainable element within the architecture of the building.
[PROGRAM] Theater space large enough to for lectures brought by the University. Classroom space to hold community classes in art or theater. Active exterior space

[SITE] On the intersection of A st and NW Washington, Moscow Idaho
[GOALS] Create a family oriented space that can be used year round. Provide pools of varying size and temperature. Create a seperation between the interior pools and the busy road at the south end of the site. Use skylights to create ambient, indirect interior light..

[GOALS] Create an interesting space for music and theater events brought by the university. Create a structure to contrast the verticality of the trees that surround the site. Highlight existing usable spaces in the site.
