Intimate spaces with bespoke finishes were created for resident delight. The resort-style pool complex was outfitted with oversized seating areas and fire pits. A full outdoor kitchen will host resident gatherings, and the dual purpose lounge/lap pool and oversized spa give residents multiple aquatic avenues for leisure. A plant materials palate of colorful native and desert-adapted species was implemented through long throes and geometric patterning for residents to delight in as they strolled through the grounds.
