Terms and Conditions: By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entry requirements open to all New Zealand Retail Travel Agents and Brokers (not wholesalers) aged 18 or over at the time of entry only. Opens 1 November 2022. Closes 28 February 2023 at 23:59. Any entries received outside the Prize Draw Period will be void. Participants can enter more than once. All winners will be notified within 7 days. Should we be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, ie they cannot travel in August on the Famil, we reserve the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. For competition entry, entrants must successfully complete the following: 1. Sell and deposit any cruise departing in 2023 2. Download an image from Marketing Central and post on Instagram/Facebook 3. Signup to MySilversea Valide for new bookings only. It is not applicable for future cruise credit usage or groups. All entries must be registered with either job@silversea.com or melw@silversea.com. You must provide your name, agency name, social media handle, your email, and the booking number. All subsequent bookings can be entered into the draw and only the booking number needs to be registered. If you have booked by a wholesaler this is permissible but you must provide the Silversea Booking Number. PRIZE All entries will go into the draw to win one of 5 suites on the Silver Dawn, South Hampton to Copenhagen, departing 27 August 2023. They will also receive AUD1000 towards their flights. The agent/broker who sells the most suites will in addition receive AUD3000 towards their flights. The Prize is as stated and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no changes requested by the winner shall be permissible. There is no cash or other alternative to the Prize in whole or in part. The Prize cannot be sold and may only be redeemed by the individual Winner. The winner is personally responsible for any personal or incidental expenses,
national and/or local tax liabilities incurred in claiming or using the Prize. By participating in the Prize Draw, participants agree that the Prize is awarded on an “as is” basis, and that neither Silversea Cruises nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies, make any representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize. In the event that, for reasons beyond Silversea Cruises’ reasonable control Silversea Cruises is unable to award the Prize as described in these Terms and Conditions, Silversea Cruises reserves the right to award a prize of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the Prize.
