He can direct you to other staff who may be working on different aspects of a project. 2. Françoise Carrier, Chair, The Planning Board mcp-chairman@mncppc-mc.org 3. The staff recommends a position and the Board schedules hearings on Thursday. The public can attend and sign up to testify at a hearing and/or send in written comments. Written comments will be included in the record, if they are received 48 hours before the hearing. Heading of email should include hearing Item #. 4. The Board agenda for Thursday hearings and staff packets with recommendations for each project can be accessed at the Board website http://www.montgomeryplanningboard.org 5. The County Council votes on Master Plans and changes to zoning, but does not weigh in on individual projects, unless there is a request for a Zoning Text Ammendment (ZTA) or some other exemption which may or may not also involve the Hearing Examiner. 6.
