FAB-LAB / A CORUÑA / SPAIN
FABRICATION LABORATORY
01
The plot is located in A Coruùa, where it has a mediaval structure. The proposed project is designed as a consequence of place and history, which aims to learn from the guild space, where all the craftsmen used to grouped all along a common space: the street, to create and sell its own product. The guild used to stablish some characteristics to control the offer and prices of the products and also to take care of the member’s education. Streets, pathways and courtyards were the spaces, in which craftsmen and customer get related. Therefore streets were known with the name of the professions that used to take place. The proposed section brings back traces of history and structures the contemporary Fablab in different guilds or stages of the fabrication process.

Public Building - Museum Competition n/a n/a
Description and Role I was working for this competition project during a month. My role within the team of 2 was developed the concept design (La corrala) and I was also involved in the graphics of the project such as the elevation, section, plans and postpodruction of the renders that are shown in the following pages.
The plot is located in the multicultural neighborhood of Lavapies, where most of the social movements in Madrid are taking place. The area can be defined as a mix of social reactions and cultural development. The proposed project is based on the principle of the corralas, that are popular buildings in Madrid arranged around an elongated central courtyard with a gallery that provides access to different dwellings.
The entrance of the Digital Art Museum would be through the new interpretation of the corrala, that also organizes and integrates all the interior communications and filters the light towards interior spaces.
The program is divided in two harmonious volumes with the surrounding, connected by the new interpretation of the corrala: LACORRALA

LACORRALA generates an interstitial void in between to allow the public access to culture and light.

New Build Residential 4-5 Part II Architectural Assistant Finished
Description and Role I was part of the construction team, 2 members of staff, for three months. My role within the team of 2 was to prepare (in Revit) plans and sections for tender, work stage 4 - 5. The Design of the Anton Street Mews draws on the local character of the area for its material palette. The nature of the site dictates that the facade of this development is of particular importance. The slender proportions of the facade is enhanced by the introduction of a second material. Zinc cladding between the brick facades further breaks up the elevation and creates visual interest. Note: All the graphics of the following project have been redrawn according to the own graphic style and the ideas that want to be express on this portfolio. CGI has been carried out by Pixels, which colloborated with LS on this project.

Residential + Commercial 3-5 Architect - Revit Bim Manager On site
Description and Role The proposal is for the erection of a three storey timber clad extension above an existing single storey industrial building. The scheme provides 8 residential units and the refurbishment of 7 B1 commercial units at ground floor. The materials and elevational treatment have been chosen and designed to be sympathetic to neighbouring properties. Openings are simple and have hidden window frames behind the cladding. The cladding is continued to ground level so that, the existing building is incorporated into the scheme, making a cohesive and contemporary interpretation of an industrial building. The project is currently on site for 9 weeks. I have been involved in the Revit modelling of the existing and proposed building. My role in a team of 2 consisted also into designing the commercial interior design and to produce tender packages in Revit. Note: All the graphics of the following project have been redrawn according to the own graphic style and the ideas that want to be express on this portfolio. CGI has been carried out by 3d vision, which colloborated with LS on this project.
