EXPERT WITNESS SERVICES
Hu-Tech have been providing Expert Witness reports on a regular basis for almost 30 years. Our experts have delivered over 1,000 reports in England, Scotland and Wales and are regularly instructed on behalf of Claimant/Pursuer or Defendant/Defender and as Single Joint Experts. They are very accustomed to giving evidence in County, Sheriff’s and High Courts in England and Scotland
All of our experts are Chartered Ergonomics and Human Factors Specialists recognised and published in the fields of Human Factors and Ergonomics, Health and Safety, and Occupational Disease. We have IOSH accreditation in Hand-Arm Vibration Risk Assessment and Management.
Hu-Tech have also contributed to the Approved Code of Practice for the Manual Handling Operations Regulations, and conducted research on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive for the cost benefits of tackling musculoskeletal disorders at work.
