BDP was appointed by Oldham Council to regenerate its Grade II listed Old Town Hall and bring the building back into use as a cinema.

The project was one of the first conservation projects to be fully compatible with BIM Level 2 (2013-2014), my responsibilities were largely connected to contributing to the development and maintenance of the BIM model. Utilising point cloud surveys and individual judgement.

An example of ‘creative survey’ techniques employed in my current project under Carolyn Butterworth. Through dressing up as part of the history of the site and engaging with the public, new knowledge is unearthed and design progresses. Examples of use of video and activism through fashion are also shown.
