FLUSH CASEMENT WINDOWS We produce bespoke timber casement windows tailored exactly to your specification. Whether you are looking for a standard, bay or panelled designed, our craftmen can create the right look for your property. Our standard hinge allows for smooth operation of the casement sash opening to a wide angle. The friction holds the sash in position without any additional stays (this and other traditional fittings can be specified for aesthetic reasons). The casement window comes more variations, like High Performance Casement and Mock Sash Window. Mock sash sliding timber windows have the appearance of a traditional timber sash window but function like an open out casement window. TIMBER SASH WINDOWS Sliding Sash windows are designed with the aesthetic of a traditional sash window, but have the benefit of modern high security features, engineered timber (minimises seasonal movement and jamming), and double glazing which utilises enhanced insulating glass and has a centre pane U-value of under 1 .2 W/m2K (U ) , as standard. This, together with the high performance weather seal, minimises heat loss and reduces drafts which in turn saves energy. This combination also reduces noise. The sash window comes in three variations: Hidden Spring Sash Window, Easy-clean Slide and Tilt Sash Window and Traditional Box Sash Window. TILT & TURN WINDOWS Most commonly found in flats or areas where outside cleaning and maintenance is difficult. Tilt and turn windows open in with a dual function. Tilt in from the top for ventilation and swing in like a door for easy access to clean the outside from inside. Tilt and turn windows also give you the opportunity for larger window sizes so you can maximize the view. Available in double or triple glazing. Expansive glass surfaces add freedom, comfort and light to your living space. But they also increase the weight. To ensure that airy design does not make your windows difficult to operate, we offer particularly smooth running hardware - even for sliding elements weighing up to 400 kg. With an opening width of up to 12 m wide, sliding doors with LĂŻft &Slide hardware create the space for more beautiful and brighter living. A simple hand movement is enough and the glass boundaries between inside and outside disappear. Large openings give you spaciousness and openness, but they also give many window fabricators something to worry about. Forget about these worries with Bi-Fold doors. Up to seven elements, each with a sash weighing up to 80 kg, can be effortlessly folded together, creating opening widths of up to 6.3 metres. Also we can offer parallel Tilt Slide solution.
Engineered wood Our engineered timber is the strong backbone of our products, all new windows and doors benefit from the rigidity and strength. Sourced from sustainable sources, our products are predominately crafted from engineered pine or oak but we can also use meranti, sapele, accoya or other timber you require.  Stability. The laminated technology (3 or 5 wood layers) prevents the natural distortion of wood  Resistance. The welding process in high frequency renders the laminated timber much more resistant than solid wood  Sustainability. The laminated wood panels are a natural product that contains no harmful material such as plastic oil etc.
Delivery We will deliver your order directly to your nominated site anywhere in the UK. Deliveries can be scheduled to arrive in one or multiple drops to fit with your construction programme. We will advise you when you can expect your delivery. We can also confirm the size and weight of pallet(s) to be off-loaded. We offer fast delivery for most of our product range. Depending on the type of products and quantities requested, delivery takes between 5 to 8 weeks from the placement of order.
Colour choices Our products come with the highest standard factory finish in any RAL paint colour or standard stain water – based eco – friendly paint. Different colours can be selected for inside and outside the window.
Glazzing Our windows and Doors are supplied pre-glazed with high quality double or triple glazed units according to the U – value you specify. In addition there are number of options to enhance your glazing as well as glazing bar options to give your window the look to suit your property.
