EST. 1859 Temecula Valley Museum Announces Outdoor Exhibit Experience

The Temecula Valley Museum announces a new Outdoor Exhibit Experience to take place at Sam Hicks Monument Park (28300 Mercedes Street) in Old Town Temecula. The museum will offer three exhibits featuring the art of local artists on four consecutive

Saturdays, beginning on AUG 22, 2020 continuing each Saturday through SEP 12, 2020. Local artists are among the many impacted by COVID-19 shutdowns. The museum offers these innovative, outdoor exhibits as a way to help promote the local arts community and support artists.

Exhibits will be displayed outside the Temecula Valley Museum in Sam Hicks Monument Park and will comply with all state and local health department ordinances and safety protocols, including social distancing, face coverings, and the use of hand sanitizer. No gathering of crowds will be permitted.

Temecula Valley Museum’s Outdoor Exhibit Experience takes place from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays SEP 5 & 12, 2020.

Are you a painter looking for a unique opportunity to showcase your talent and a chance to win cash prizes? Sign up to participate in the 14 th Annual Ralph Love Plein Air Competition. Artists spend 7 days painting beautiful landscapes and landmarks in Temecula. Contestants will have an opportunity to win cash prizes.

The Registration fee is $30.00 per artist. Canvas submissions must be stamped from Thursday, September, 24 (Today!) through Sunday, October 4, 2020, in order to begin painting and to qualify for judging. Stamps for canvas submissions are available inside the Temecula Valley Museum from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm By Appointment Only.
