Dr. Deirdre Marie Manley

Dr. Deirdre M. Manley was born and raised in Hartford Connecticut (inner city). She is a freelance writer, blogger, poet, published author and successful Entrepreneur. Her life experiences laid the cornerstone to develop her pathway to success.

Deirdre earned her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from Bethune-Cookman College, Daytona Beach, FL. Deirdre soon discovered her passion for early childhood education; supported by her papa, and spiritual foundation big momma En routed; inspired Deidre to step out on faith! Shortly after she (migrate) to South Caroline in pursuit of both her master’s and doctorate degree in Education Leadership/Early Childhood from South Carolina State University.

After years of experience in early childhood education, Deirdre was compelled to discover new innovative techniques to support Educator’s across the country. It was her passion for early childhood education and her belief that “Every Child Needs a Champion,” that paved the way to becoming a “Woman of Wealth.” She travels the country empowering grantees of federal funding to provide equity in early education and assist with developing their road map of success.

Deirdre ’s forward thinking and strategic planning led to the foundation of “No Limit Consulting” the world of passionate educators and strategists seeking to help leaders and organizations thrive across the country. In 2006, Dr. Manley work diligently alongside researchers, early childhood experts to create the state of Florida Voluntary PreK program. In 2009, Dr. Manley assisted with the development of the Department of Children and Families Childcare Licensing and Background Screening Childcare Providers training portal. In 2009, Dr. Manley became an Adjunct professor in Early Childhood for the University of Phoenix, where she and a team of researchers and professors, created the Bachelor’s Degree program in Early Childhood. In 2010, Dr. Manley worked with the National Center for Quality Teaching and Learning @ University of Washington, in Seattle, WA, where she assisted with the development of the “15 Minute Suites” for all Head Start programs to use for professional development across the country. For over 22 years, Dr. Manley works with many early childhood programs for the Office of Head Start and local school boards across the United States providing program planning, training and technical assistance and quality assurance protocol to support. When visiting Fairbanks, Alaska and Singapore, Deirdre was catapulted into advocacy for equity across early childhood programs. This began her journey in training and technical assistance. In 2015, Dr. Manley launched her first compilation of poetry, “Reflections, Floating Red Petunias, in Hartford, CT. In 2017, Dr. Manley was featured on Windsor Community Television, Windsor, CT, “Diversity in the Community” where she discussed her plight growing up in the inner city and how prayer, family and her “Village” propelled her into the purpose God has designed for her life.

Deirdre continues to inspire, motivate, and encourage individuals and empower organizations to cultivate a cultural environment that is sensitive to cultural diversity and growth mindset across the United States; through regional/national trainings, speaking engagements (published Author), charity and local communities’ events. Dr. Manley’s passion has always been in offering higher quality learning and equity across early childhood programs with a focus on infant and toddlers, with special needs. Her work has been cited in many communities to include to licensed childcare programs and national safety prevention programs that service families in need of support from “The Village.”

Deirdre has served in several different capacities, however her passion and love for life changing experiences lives within and God’s light continues to shine bright every day of her life.
