GARDEN OF CIAWITALI Real Proposal Project

Year 2014 Team Sinta Isfandiary, Daniel Caesar, Kevin Trikusumo, Sari Sartika Location Ciawitali, Cimahi, Bandung

Cimahi located in the intersection of West Java’s silk road. Baros toll gate and Husein Sastranegara Airport can be easily access from this city. Baros District is going to be the new CBD in CImahi and will be developed to realize Cimahi as Creative City. As a growing city, Cimahi became destination for the investor and entrepreneur, especially in industrial, commercial, and services area. The team proposed a design of lifestyle center with office, commercial, and public facilities function in one place. This place will fullfil the needs of recreation and work for Cimahi people.

SITE LOCATION Cimahi still cannot provide public facilities needs for Cimahi people. There’s not much shopping center in Cimahi, so it’ll be profitable to create another shopping center. Taman Taman Raya Kartini Pemkot
