SWEET MATCHA SMOOTHIE BOWL · 2 handfuls of spinach · 2 small frozen bananas · 1/2 cup frozen pineapple · 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed · 1/2 tsp Matcha, any flavour · 1/2 tsp maca powder · 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk · Toppings such as shredded coconut, hemp seeds or shaved almonds

MATCHA ICED LATTE · 1 tsp Vanilla matcha · 1 to 2 oz Hot water · 1 tbsp Maple syrup · 1 cup Milk In a glass, mix Vanilla Matcha with hot water to create a paste and dissolve any clumps.

In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy, add more almond milk as needed. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle on toppings. Enjoy for breakfast or post-workout!

Carefully add ice to glass, filling to about half way. Add maple syrup for sweetness. Add milk to Party Milk Frother and froth. Pour over ice in glass. Stir gently to combine. Enjoy!

MATCHA YOGURT SNACK STICKS

MATCHA ICE CREAM · 17 oz Vanilla ice Cream · 1 tbsp Water, warm · 1 tbsp Matcha, any flavour Soften ice cream in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Do not allow it to melt. Mix the Matcha Powder and warm water in a cup and stir well to make a smooth paste. Put half the ice cream into a mixing bowl.

· 1 cup and 1/2 cup yogurt or white chocolate chips, divided · 1/2 tsp Matcha, any flavour · 2 tbsp coconut · 6-8 bread stick crackers or pretzel sticks

Add matcha to the yogurt and blend well. Coat bread sticks in melted yogurt and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

In a separate bowl, melt 1/2 cup of yogurt chips as in step one. Heat 1 cup of yogurt chips Drizzle the white yogurt over the for 40 seconds in the microwave, and stir. Heat for coated bread sticks and sprinkle another 40 seconds and stir coconut over top. Let sit for 15 minutes or until until chips have completely yogurt has set. Sprinkle on melted. toppings. Enjoy!

Add Matcha paste and mix thoroughly, then add the rest of the ice cream. Continue until it is a uniform pale green colour. Add more Matcha powder for a stronger green tea flavour. HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT CHAI TEA TRADITIONAL METHOD USING STOVETOP

Makes: 4-5 cups

You will need: 1 Saucepan (6 cups) 2½ cups of water 2 tsp of Masala Chai Base Sweetener of choice (sugar, honey, jaggery) 2½ cups of milk 3 tsp Irish Breakfast, black tea Bling Teapot (9268) with Universal Tea Infuser (9280) Tea cups Directions: 1. Bring water, chai base and sweetener to a boil in saucepan. 2. Simmer for 5 minutes or until fragrant. 3. Add Irish Breakfast and brew for 2 minutes. 4. Add milk and bring back to boil on high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. 5. Carefully strain into your favourite tea pot. Enjoy! Tip: S ubstitute Irish Breakfast for tea of your choice. For a caffeine-free chai, use Rooibos tea.

Melt butter in a small pot over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic. Cook and stir until shallots begin to soften, about 2 minutes. Stir in all remaining sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and keep warm. Preheat grill to medium setting. Place chicken pieces on a grill rack that has been lightly brushed with oil. Close lid and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes per side. Slather both sides of chicken pieces with barbecue sauce during last 2 minutes of cooking time. Enjoy!
