In my portfolio project 2, Role Reversal, I started with the protrural population loss caused by China's urbanization. Taking the village of Hoopouqi u in Gaoping Township, Zhejiang Province as the research scope, the role transformation is designed for different groups in the village to enhance the attractiveness and vitality of the village. Dividing the composition of the crowd in the village into four categories, and redefining people's popular understanding of these roles, will help the village's business renewal and cultural release, such as Granny Zhang, who used to be a handicraft worker, can promote textile art as a provider of cultural and creative products and performers in the folk culture center, and as Miss Li, who loves herbology, in this terraced highland where she has lived for 20 years, she can open a tea room as an operator, and in the village, drinking a cup of leisure tea is enjoyable. In this project, I hope to integrate more understanding and help with the people living on the site, rather than just some stereotypical analysis of the site environment.

80 long years have passed since the 29th and 30th September 1941. Commemorating the Babyn Yar massacre is not about remembering a number, however great it may be.

Finally, a memorial is being built after so many years of absence. It will probably be the first large memorial located near a mass grave.

Babyn Yar represents a reminder that other mass murders have been perpetrated, by ISIS in broad daylight in Syria, in Iraq, by Boko Haram in Nigeria, by others in the Mail, in Niger. The names of the victims will be found and sanctified. The names of the perpetrators will not be drowned in silence.

In my portfolio project 3, a veil of scar, my starting point is to think about our attitude towards the war and the trauma left by the war. Finally, I chose the veil as my abstract expression of the war trauma. The veil is soft and transparent. Through the veil, we can see the history that once happened. And I hope that the perception of the history of the field can be as immersive and comprehensive as the feeling of people's skin touching the veil.

At the same time, the veil also represents respect and blessing for the female victims who account for a large proportion of the victims.

From 1918–1921, there were an estimated 1,200 pogroms in Ukraine in what is known as the “Russian Civil War.” Estimates of the deavth count range between 50,000 and 200,000. About a quarter of these dead werefemale.
Another 200,000 Jews were seriously wounded and an estimated 50,000 women were raped. In the process, synagogues were destroyed and Jewish property was looted.

The veil is soft and transparent. Through the veil, we can see the history that once happened. And I hope that the perception of the history of the field can be as immersive and comprehensive as the feeling of people's skin touching the veil.

The main problem of the site is the integration of urban land and park green space, as well as the integration of historical memory of the site and modern city. After the site analysis, four main problems of the site are summarized

The monument is located in the entrance square, where people can find the commemoration and memory of culture and history, and strongly connect the project with the city and citizens. Whether the wall surface is rusty or as smooth as a mirror, it shows our multi angle life from different aspects.

People first pass through the woods lined by beech trees, and then enter this memorial site. The broken line shaped landscape sketch represents the setbacks and tribulations on this land. At the end of the lawn, there is a 476kg stone tablet with the names of the victims engraved on it. Behind the stone tablet is a mirror pool. Take history as a mirror and cherish peace.

The colors and materials of the waterscape have certain symbolic significance. Brick red granite with thin strips symbolizes sadness, seriousness and perseverance.

Granite steps are laid on the grass and step by step into the pool, symbolizing Beirut's gradual reconstruction and opening attitude. The mirror like pool symbolizes life, purity, peace and invisibility.
