Imbracature anticaduta SOKOI SOKOI FALL ARREST HARNESSES

Un’imbracatura anticaduta è il dispositivo ideale che un lavoratore dovrebbe indossare, in quanto distribuisce la forza dell’impatto generata dall’evento caduta, in modo uniforme sulle cosce e sulla zona del busto. Il materiale delle imbracature Sir Sokoi è poliestere. Poiché il poliestere ha le minori proprietà di allungamento in confronto ad altri materiali, l’imbracatura non si allunga pericolosamente quando è soggetta ad una caduta. L’operatore quindi, non rischia di scivolare fuori dell’imbracatura.

Prima di indossare un’imbracatura è importante ispezionarne alcuni aspetti: - tenere l’imbracatura per l’anello a ‘D’ posteriore e lasciar cadere le cinte verso il basso. L’imbracatura ha colori differenti per le spalle e le cinte coscia, così da poterle ben distinguere. - Controllare che l’imbracatura non abbia alcun taglio, bruciatura o difetti di alcun tipo. - Controllare le cuciture per tutta la loro lunghezza. - Controllare attentamente che non ci sia alcuna evidenza di corrosione sulle parti metalliche. Le imbracature Sokoi sono provviste di indicatore di caduta Tell-Tale, posizionato nella parte posteriore della spalla. Esso si stacca dall’imbracatura qualora questa subisca un evento caduta.

The full body fall arrest harness is the ideal device a worker should wear, as it distributes the impact forces of a fall evenly between the upper thighs and the torso area. The Sir Sokoi fall arrest harnesses are in polyester, which features lower elongation properties than other materials. Therefore the harness will not stretch in a dangerous way in case of a fall and the worker will not slip out of the harness. Before wearing it, the harness requires inspection to ensure safety: - Hold the harness up by the rear ‘D’-Ring and ensure the straps hang free. Shoulder and leg straps come in two different colours, so they are easily distinguished. - Inspect the safety harness to ensure there are no cuts, burns and it is not damaged. - Check all webbing of the harness along its entire length. - Ensure there is no trace of corrosion on the metallic parts. Sokoi harnesses feature a Tell-Tale fall indicator, a device which shows whether the harness has already been used in a fall scenario. It is placed on the back of the shoulder and detaches from the harness if a fall occurs.

Linee Vita LIFELINES

L’IMPORTANZA DELLE LINEE VITA Sul montaggio e smontaggio dei ponteggi, sul posizionamento di coperture di edifici e sulle lavorazioni con momentanea assenza di parapetto è indispensabile l’utilizzo delle linee vita. Usando l’ancoraggio su due punti fissi situati ad una distanza massima di 20 m, la linea vita permette le normali operazioni lavorative tenendo collegati ad essa fino a

due operatori muniti di imbracatura che scorrono lungo il nastro tramite cordino con moschettone. LIFELINES ARE ESSENTIAL When assembling and disassembling scaffoldings, roof covering or in other places where railing is temporarily missing, Lifelines are essential. Featuring a maximum length of 20 metres between two fixed anchorage points, the Lifeline allows normal working activity and is certified for two users to be connected at the same time. Equipped with safety harnesses, they slide smoothly along the webbing through a lanyard with karabiner.

NORMATIVA STANDARD

I dispositivi di protezione individuale anticaduta hanno il compito di arrestare l’eventuale caduta di una persona provocando per questa i minori danni possibili e sono, ai sensi del D.L. 475/92 definiti DPI di terza categoria, soggetti quindi a controllo annuale da parte dell’istituto certificatore. ll testo unico del 2008 art. 81 impone al datore di lavoro l’obbligo di mantenere in efficienza, mediante la manutenzione, la riparazione e le sostituzioni necessarie, il dispositivo di protezione individuale. Quindi il sistema od il singolo componente anticaduta, deve essere esaminato o, dove reputato necessario, sottoposto a manutenzione almeno una volta all’anno dal fabbricante o da una persona competente autorizzata dal produttore. I dispositivi retrattili hanno l’obbligo di revisione periodica annuale. Sir è in grado di fornire ai propri clienti il servizio di revisione per la sua vasta gamma di articoli anticaduta con personale altamente specializzato ed addestrato.

UNI EN 361:2003 Dispostivi di protezione individuale contro le cadute dall’alto, imbracature per il corpo e può essere in abbinamento anche ad altri tipi di supporto che sono demandati alla norma UNI EN 358 o UNI EN 813.

The first requirement of fall arrest devices is to break a fall, should it occur, reducing the risk of injury to the worker as much as possible. Such devices are classified as Personal Protective Equipment Class III, according to DL 475/92, therefore they must be inspected annually by the certification body.

The application of DL 81/08 concerning safety at work requires employers to maintain any PPE in good repair and to replace them as often as necessary.

The fall protection system or device must therefore be inspected at least once a year by the manufacturer or by persons trained by the manufacturer. BENVENUTI IN PARADISO! LA SIR SAFETY PERUGIA CONQUISTA LA SERIE A1 LA STORIA SIAMO NOI! Al termine di una stagione fantastica, e dopo una cavalcata trionfale partita dieci anni fa dalla serie C, la Sir Safety Perugia conquista una leggendaria promozione in serie A1 di pallavolo maschile. Un campionato letteralmente dominato dai Block Devils (questo l’appellativo dei giocatori) del presidente Sirci che hanno chiuso la stagione regolare con cinque punti di vantaggio sulle più immediate inseguitrici con la matematica

certezza del salto di categoria dopo la vittoria, il primo di aprile, a Corigliano Calabro con l’ultimo punto messo a terra dal capitano Goran Vujevic. Poi è partita la grande festa con la celebrazione, la settimana successiva, nell’ultima giornata in casa contro Reggio Emilia e con la coppa dei “CAMPIONI” alzata al cielo. Dal 30 settembre al Pala Evangelisti di Perugia partirà lo spettacolo della serie A1 e la Sir è pronta per essere, ancora una volta, grande protagonista!

CRUISE TO THE WIN! SIR SAFETY PERUGIA VOLLEYBALL TEAM WINS A1 SERIES WE ARE DOING GREAT! At the end of a brilliant season and after a successful 10-year period which began in C Series, Sir Safety Perugia Men’s Volleyball team gains an unforgettable promotion to A1 Series (Italy’s first division). Unrivalled by any other team during the whole Championship, the Block Devils - such the players’ nickname - whose Chairman is Mr. Sirci, closed the regular season schedule with a 5-point lead over their nearest rivals. They felt absolutely certain of promotion after winning the match on April, 1st in Corigliano Calabro, when their Captain Goran Vujevic scored the last point. But the real celebration only began the following week, in the last home match of the season against Reggio Emilia team, with the Sir Volleyball team holding up high the Champions Cup. As from September, 30th the next season will begin in Perugia (Pala Evangelisti) and A Series Sir Volleyball team will be competing as great protagonist!
