How was volunteering?

Volunteering at the volleyball games was super fun! I usually worked at the snack bar, and me and my friends had fun cooking it up in the back

!!

Pasadena Pops was overall really fun because I went with my friends. It was kind of hot at the beginning but it got better as the sun started setting. I didn’t expect the music to be so good, but I really liked it a lot. The end was also really chill and relaxing because we didn’t have to do much, so overall it was a really good event.

When? Sunday, September 11th; 6:00 AM-9:00 AM Where? Ocean View Park @ Santa Monica What? Volunteers helped runners sign in for the 5K & 10K marathon runs, as well as help give out water! TheSantaMonicaClassicisacoursealong thePacificOceaninSantaMonica!

: Saturday, September 17

Where: the Arroyo Gardens (next to the tennis courts)

What: volunteers worked together to learn how to take care of the garden, pick produce (tomatoes, etc), work with the tools to weed, transport soil and mulch, and cut off dead vines!

When

Thank you to everyone that visited our booth at Club Rush last month! It was great seeing all of you so excited to join Key Club this year :)

And a big thanks to all of you that posed with our beloved seal plushie <3

Region night markets are held often in order to raise money for each division, which is then given back to the clubs for fall rally and charities that each club supports!

This year, D35W sold spam musubi and ramune at the night market and, in total, helped make over a thousand dollars for the fundraiser!!

The LA Korean Festival was super fun, although it was hot I think it was a great opportunity to be able to learn a little of the Korean culture. I met a lot of cool people during the event. There were a lot of fun activities to do there and a lot of freebies that you can get/win!
