Campus Visit Options Daily Campus Tours The health and safety of our guests, as well as SIUE faculty and staff, is our priority during this time. Following recommendations from the Illinois Department of Public Health, the University has established the following guidelines: •All campus visitors are required to wear a mask or face covering while on campus •Mask or face covering should cover the nose and mouth •Daily Campus Tours will be limited to nine total individuals •Each student visiting campus will be allowed two guests •Guests and staff must practice social distancing while on campus All campus visitors are asked to self evaluate their health before joining us for a campus tour. If you feel ill and/or have a fever, please reschedule your campus tour. Please note: Daily campus tours are not currently being offered due to an increase in COVID19 cases in the area. Evening Visits Evening visits begin at 5 p.m. in the Office of Admissions, Rendleman Hall, Suite 2101. Join us for a one hour guided campus tour and a 30minute presentation with an admission counselor. Evening visit programs are limited to nine total individuals, and all campus visitors must wear a mask or face covering. Register for an Evening Visit
Campus Visit Options Cont. Virtual Chat Virtual chats allow prospective students the opportunity to connect with a current SIUE student ambassador. Virtual chats are available on a mobile device, laptop or desktop. *Please contact the Office of Admissions at 6186503705 to schedule a virtual chat.
Group Visits - Virtual Due to the COVID19 pandemic, our spring 2021 large group tours have been canceled. However, we would love to meet virtually with students! Community college and high school students are welcome to attend our Virtual Admissions Presentations. *Counselors who are interested in registering for a group visit should have their students register individually for a Virtual Admission Presentation, available MondayFriday at 3 p.m.
Springboard to Success About Springboard to Success is our mandatory registration and orientation program for admitted firstyear students entering in the fall semester. The program is designed for students and family members to help jumpstart the university experience and includes academic advisement, course registration and information about the resources for success available at SIUE.
Registration The registration and enrollment fee is $160. This fee helps ensure a smooth transition to the University and includes your enrollment deposit, advising and course registration.
