CREDIT FOR CLUNKERS
Do you have an ‘old but still working’ fridge or freezer you’d like to get rid of? Refrigerators and freezers made before 1993 can use two to three times as much electricity as a new one. If you have an ‘old but still working’ refrigerator or freezer you’d like to get rid of, call our Credit for Clunkers hotline at 866-265-7231. If your clunker qualifies, we’ll pay to have it hauled away and dismantled. The pieces will be recycled, AND we’ll put a $25 credit on your bill! Please call 1-866-265-7231 for more information about this program, and to arrange for pick up, if your clunker qualifies.
This rebate is based on the availability of funds, and is subject to change without notice. (Customers will need to put unit outside for pick up.)

REUSABLE DISHWARE PROGRAM Save Money & Help The Planet With Durable Dishware Program According to the Clean Air council, every year Americans throw away enough paper products, plastic cups, forks and spoons to circle the equator 300 times! In 2008 paper products, (cardboard, newsprint and office paper) made up 31% of municipal waste in our landfill.
How can you help? Ditch the disposables! Save money and the environment by using reusable dishware, from Florence Master Recycler’s Durable Dishware Rental Program. Florence Master Recyclers have put together 150 place settings that include: plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery and even cloth napkins. Platters and serving spoons are also available, and rental is free! If your event is outdoors there’s even a mobile washing station for your needs. We can accommodate groups as small as a dozen or as large as150.
To learn more about the Durable Dishware Program and to reserve dishes for your event call (541) 590-0506.
