Take your weight in pounds (1 kg = 2.2 lbs) and divide in half. Drink this amount in ounces (1 liter = 35 ounces) a day. For example 130lbs divide in half = 60lbs ďƒ 60 ounces (1.7 liter) of water daily.
Beauty tip of the month Reduce puffiness under your eyes by splashing the area with cold water or applying an ice cold chamomile tea bags compress - 15 seconds on, 15 seconds off. InsideSix Senses Spa at Sharq Village & Spa | August 2013 Notices Pool Notice Until the end of Ramadan the main pool and beach will be open until 8 PM daily. After Ramadan it will go back to the normal hours with the main pool and beach staying open until sunset.
News from Six Senses Spas! The Coral Project at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay The company has entered into a partnership with two marine biologists from the Netherlands to create a new five-year plan to conserve the marine ecosystem. Thomas Swierts and Selma Ubels from the University of Utrecht have established a project that will lead to the creation of a new swimming and snorkeling pathway through the reef. They will also take a regular inventory of the area’s marine life – both fish and coral. The marine biologists are also training the resort’s team on identifying the aquatic flora and fauna, enabling them to take guests on snorkeling trips. The resort is also developing an environmental awareness campaign among guests, in an effort to preserve the natural surroundings. Eventually guests will be able to adopt their own coral patch, where they re-attach broken shards of living coral – similar to hotel treeplanting schemes.
