“Framing existing conditions as opportunities, the team created a coherent lot on which an The connection between the home and the lake was to be reinforced to encourage enjoyment of the shoreline and movement between the interior and exterior. HOTEL FLOOR LEVEL DESIGN

32 micro hotel rooms are provided on each floor with 27 rooms equipped with king size beds and street/alley views, and another 5 rooms equipped with queen size beds and views of the lightwell. 2 ADA rooms are available on each floor. I also designed two prototypes for the street/alley view room and the lightwell view room with custom furniture and fixture to make the best use of the limited room layout.

DESIGN

I proposed the idea of a daytime bar in the southwest corner of the penthouse for people to enjoy the sunlight, and a bar in the northeast corner with a magnificent view of downtown Seattle.
