Thanksgiving Thoughts from Mr. Meester SJCS Choir to Serve the In a few days, most of us will be gathering with family or friends to celebrate and reflect on the blessings in our lives. As Christians, we experience this holiday differently because ours is not just a generalized thankfulness. Our appreciation is directed to our almighty provider, God. That’s an important distinction, and I pray that as you are sharing with your friends, families, and children, you will encourage them to point their joy to the Lord. I am thankful to God for providing our school with a community of parents who believe strongly in the idea of a Christian partnership with us in the training of their sons and daughters. I’m thankful for the strength that such commitment provides to us as we make sacrifices and do the hard work of bringing up the next generation of servants for the Kingdom. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!
City of Campbell The Campbell Chamber of Commerce works every year to raise money and donated toys for the less fortunate children of Campbell and surrounding areas. This year, their efforts will culminate in a benefit night at Nordahl Hall in Los Gatos, and the Chamber has asked the SJCS Choir to perform at the event. We are excited to serve our community and share the love of Christ in this way, and we look forward to participating. The benefit night is scheduled for Thursday, December 6 from 5pm – 8pm. Stay tuned for more details about exactly when our choir will be performing.

Music Reminder 5-8 Band & Choir Parents Mark your calendars for our annual Christmas Concert on November 30 at San Jose Christian Reformed Church (5150 Camden Ave, SJ 95124). ALL band members must arrive by 6:30pm for our warm up in the social hall. Choir members will warm up at 6:45pm. The concert begins at 7:00pm.
