Bring Us Your Boxtops
Thank you to the SJCS community for attending the All School Open House last Wednesday evening. The event was a great success.
Please continue to bring in your boxtops. Boxtops are a great way to financially contribute to SJCS. Each boxtop contributes a minimum of .10¢ and those add up quickly. The March class competition continues, so bring in your boxtops by February 28 for credit.

Volunteer Appreciation San Jose Christian School would not be the irresistible community it is without the amazing volunteers who generously give of their time and talent. The students and staff will be celebrating our volunteers next week with special activities culminating with a Volunteer Dinner on Friday, February 28th at 6:30pm. Please watch for the email invitation to confirm your attendance to the dinner.

More News & Tiger Sports The Auction Is Coming!
Girls Volleyball
One of the most enjoyable events for the SJCS community every year is the annual auction. This year’s event will be on Saturday April 12 at 6pm at the Campbell Community Center. We hope to see all of you there. The auction supports special projects at school, and the funds we raise help SJCS offer our students outstanding 21st Century education. Attached to the Tiger Tracks today, you will find an auction donation form to use if you have something to contribute to the event.
With two matches completed the lady Tigers are currently undefeated in league play. Watch for detailed team updates as the season unfolds.
Boys Soccer SJCS 4 Campbell 1 The Tigers started the season on a great foot winning against Campbell by 3 goals. The stamina and skill was great considering they had not even had a scrimmage to that point. Josh N. was huge for us, playing out of position and controlling the attacking third. He did everything and used some great tricks to get us some huge corners. He played every minute and left it all out there. Dylan had a similar game, only he had to help the back four of Ryan, Dwyer, Nathan, and Justin to keep Campbell scoreless for almost the complete game. Ben Walker got a clean sheet before he was pulled late in the game. Ben made some great stops and knew when to come off his line. The 5th graders were huge and played a vital role in the scoring of all but one goal. BJ, and RC found homes on the wings of the offense. Their touch and fearlessness was a shot in the arm for our offense. Everybody played and contributed. The Goals were RC with 2, Dylan, and Joe with 1 and BJ with an assist.
IXL Class Competition Going into the long weekend the medal count for the IXL competition was as follows:
!
Gr. 1: 61 Gr. 2: 67 Gr. 3: 53 Gr. 4: 54 Gr. 5: 79 Gr. 6: 36 Gr. 7: 30 Gr. 8: 28
!
Outstanding job, 5th graders! Remember the Tortoise and the Hare, though! Other classes have been heard to say that they will catch up!
