Camp Dance

A little bit of everything! Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Gymnastics, Cheer, Singing, and Hawaiian are all taught in the great half-day camp Participants are placed in age-appropriate classes. Please bring a snack and water bottle. Great recital for parents on Friday!

JUNIOR WEDO LEGO® ROBOTICS: ROBOTS IN MOTION

This class is a perfect mixture of fun and learning, using LEGO® WeDo™ Robots Using LEGO® bricks, students build various robots. They also learn how to program and operate their creations using a laptop computer or tablet

YIN YOGA - WEDNESDAYS

Yin Yoga is the type of Yoga that is mellow, slow, and focuses on long held stretches on the floor and standing It focuses on range-of-motion (ROM) on the joints of the body

In doing so, it energizes all the muscle groups and gives the joints the encouragement and ability to be fluid and flexible, enhancing mobility Perfect for inactive as well as active folks, as class members work at their own pace and their own ROM. No soreness after a session, relaxing and refreshing for both mind and body

JEWELRY MAKING - MONDAYS

Do you enjoy making jewelry? So do we! Come and join us in sharing jewelry making techniques and ideas Supplies and materials are included Mask are required for all indoor activities

Aerobics

Join us for a morning jolt to get your day going! This is a volunteer run class with lost of energy to share. The workout is great for any active senior. The class will start with a 7-minute warm up, go into 30 minutes of low impact aerobics, and conclude with an 8-minute cool down. Mask are required for indoor activities.

The City of San José offers activity scholarships for children, seniors, and adults with disabilities who qualify Scholarships will cover 50-70% of the class cost Fill out the scholarship form and bring the necessary documents to any City of San José community center.

YUAN CHI DANCE - TUESDAYS TAI CHI - WEDNESDAY

Tai Chi with Master Jeff Fung! Mr Fung has taught around the area for 12 years and has a great following Interested in reducing stress, increasing energy, and regaining balance? Well then the Tai Chi class will help you find it! The class is for beginner to advanced students. Mask are required for indoor activities
