Spring Outdoor Adventure Camp

Come on down for some good ol’ outdoor fun on Emma's Farm! Outdoor Adventure Camp at Emma Prusch Farm offers kids a unique opportunity to experience life on the farm. Each day campers learn about nature & wildlife, grow & harvest vegetables, play games, create arts & crafts, and, best of all, will get to help take care of Emma's resident animals! Camp participants must bring their own cold lunch, snacks, drinks, water bottles, and wear comfortable shoes, face mask*, and sunscreen every day Camp will be located at Emma Prusch Farm Park, and children will be assigned to a smaller group at specific sites within the park.

Math Mentoring

Math Tutoring will give your child the confidence needed to succeed and a helping hand to develop skills. Students must bring in their math homework, math book, their own pencil and paper to each class

Reading Remedies

Reading Remedies course is designed to improve your child's vocabulary, spelling and reading comprehension Parents will need to provide reading materials requested by the instructor Please bring pencil and lined paper to each class.

Feed the Farm Animals

Kids will have the opportunity to assist park staff in feeding breakfast to the goats, rabbits, sheep and miniature pigs.

Time for Two's and Three's at the Farm

This program is a wonderful exploration for two and three year olds. The class will focus on socialization and learning through play Children will have free choice of activities Some activities may be messy, so wear your grubbies! Only enrolled children may attend Price includes parent and one child only. NO SIBLINGS.

Scholarships Available

The City of San Jose offers activity scholarships for children, seniors, and adults with disabilities who qualify Scholarships will cover 50-70% of the class cost Fill out the scholarship form and bring the necessary documents to any City of San Jose community center
