We went to the Anacortes Museum to celebrate our dining tradition. Helping out with our cover shoot were Stacy O’Hagan from H20, who brought a Basil Berry Smash; Madison Hall from the 5th Street Bistro at the Majestic, who brought an espresso chocolate mousse and Monica Bertollini from 13 Moons at the Swinomish Casino, who brought a 22-ounce Porterhouse steak with seasonal vegetables, Yukon buttermilk mashed potatoes and cabernet sauce.
