Professional Services Marketing As an interim Procurement Manager, you will work with the Senior Procurement Manager to undertake the strategic development and on-going management of the category strategy, ensuring it is aligned to business needs and delivers on-going improvements to the business.Including: ·Leading commercial and contractual negotiations, to include full sourcing activity, within the spend category to achieve tangible savings to the business. ·Setting up and managing 3rd party contracts including significant and complex arrangements to meet business requirements and manage supplier risk. ·Working with senior stakeholders to ensure value for money in the Group’s external spend and deliver real cost savings to the bottom line whilst managing supply chain risks ·Supporting the business and Project workstreams to deliver their strategic plans and targets, through delivery of a professional and value add service thus ensuring the most cost effective use of all external spend.
