PRICE AND PROMOTION FOR NONE-AL RAHA BEACH / AL GHADEER UNITS:
FIRST YEAR FREE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, with an Administration fee of 1,000 AED. Renewal of the property management contract will be minimum of AED 3000 or 2.5% of the annual rent. FOR AL RAHA/ AL GHADEER UNITS: The first year will be AED 3000 or 2.5% of the annual rent. But if the unit is already rented out, it will be for free until the end of the tenancy contract.
