Me

I am a fourth year architecture student at Syracuse University and will be graduating with a Bachelor’s of Architecture in 2023. I believe architecture should be human focused, designing for and around the people who will use the project.

The building generates most of the electricity it uses through hydrogen fuile cells and solar panels. The building maintains a high indoor air quality with marginal energy expense by utilizing extra insulation in the walls and roof, fuel efficient absorption chillers, and an efficient air-delivery system.

New York City is known for its tall skyscrapers and these skyscrapers caste large shadows. The Conde Naste building does a good job of making sure that the entire building is receiving ample sunlight. This is one uses large windows.
