INTRODUCTION Brand Philosophy You are about to start working under the brand of Escape Quest™, and we would like to tell you a little about it. It is important to understand that the brand is not just a name or logo on the business card. It is our working philosophy. The mission of Escape Quest is to create a unique atmosphere for smart fun and positive emotions by organising team mind quest games in the closed space. Our vision is to be the best provider of escape games in Easter Europe creating its own quests and establishing the franchising chain. Our values are positive emotions, impeccable services exceeding expectations, openness, engagement, and innovations. As a matter of fact, positive emotions are our product. We are paid by guests to make them happy. That is our purpose and principal task. Impeccable service starts long before players find themselves in the quest room. We have a convenient and easy-to-use website, comfortable reception area where it is pleasant to stay, professional staff able to create positive environment, interesting scripts and, finally, impressive arrangement of quest rooms. Openness: Escape Quest is always pleasant to deal with for guests, mass media, partners and contractors. Location administrators create a pleasant friendly environment so that our guests will always want to come back. Engagement means opportunities for each employee to think of and implement an idea for development of the company.
