Terese Walton is the Principal Broker at Gaddis Investments, a commercial real estate, investment and development firm. With 16 years experience in the field, she specializes in tenant and developer representation, leasing and sales. Terese is conscientious of her clients’ needs; she knows that being creative and remaining flexible can be the key to a successful transaction. Prior to her move into leasing and sales, Terese worked in commercial property management. She owned and operated a commercial property management company for several years, acting as a third-party management group for retail and office properties, as well as residential condo associations. Terese is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, serving on the ICSC Mountain States Idea Exchange committee.
