OKC Rep’s Piano Tales Opening Night

OKC Rep opened the second show of its 2022 Reboot Season with a sold-out performance of Piano Tales by James and Jerome. The hyper-literary, live-music story event was held at Oklahoma Contemporary, with a curated menu of small bites provided by food artist Jenny Nguyen of Lee’s Sandwiches.

Boys & Girls Clubs Champions of Youth

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County’s 27th Annual Champions of Youth event fundraiser raised over $336,000 to provide members with opportunities to develop their creativity, find their passion and become leaders in their community. Honorees included Jamie and Clay Farha, who received the Aubrey K. McClendon Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Arnall Family Foundation, which received the Community Champion of Youth Award.

Heritage Hall’s Heart of Gold fundraising committee held a “HeART Gallery” art exhibit at Embree Gallery. The donated artwork — from students and renowned artists alike — was auctioned to benefit Heritage Hall’s teacher endowment fund, which helps the school recruit and retain quality educators.

Ballet Ball: The Golden Age

The 2022 Ballet Ball was held at the Omni Hotel with a theme nodding to old Hollywood glamour and inspired by the 50th anniversary season of beneficiaries the Oklahoma City Ballet. Co-chaired by Stephanie Naifeh and Kylee Claire Rainbolt, the evening included cocktails, dinner, a live auction and dancing plus a special performance by the OKC Ballet.
