MOMENTSFORZEN, FLICKR

Yeah, yeah, it’s just a little outside the Highlands. But this place is worth every minute of extra travel. Everything is made in house, it’s all ludicrously fresh and before you compare it to our homegrown behemoth Chipotle, just don’t. There’s no comparison. Rosemary chicken, mother grains, a killer Moscow Mule... nothing better on a hot summer day.

Cinema Q presents the best of the best in film that covers every aspect of the LGBTQ community and introduces new visionaries, pays tribute to iconic staples, tells stories from around the world and connects us all with a common message of identity and understanding.

THREE QUESTIONS, ONE BROKER

SCOTT LEGGET

100 PARK #2101

Best meal in town? A hot dog at Biker Jim’s. The cart, not the brick-and-mortar place on Larimer. I’m a hot dog purist, and Jim does it right every single time. Favorite building? I love the Clyfford Still Museum. Something about that concrete... I also really enjoy that Denver has so much beautiful architecture and we’re starting to become renowned for it. All of our museums are pretty stunning, but the Clyfford Still wins in my mind. Are you busy? Busy is an understatement. The market is roaring back with a vengeance. I’m seeing listings that aren’t even in MLS yet that end up in bidding wars, sales many percentage points over list prices, and finally, a gradual wave of new listings. The issue has been that buyes have been ready to buy, but sellers haven’t been quite ready to list; but that’s all changing. I think we’re headed for a really busy next quarter, and a very successful year.

This 2-bed, 2-bath penthouse has killer views in a killer neighborhood, and amenities to boot. Walk to Steuben’s? Sign us up.

Denver home prices are higher than they have been since January 2008. The number of homes on the market in Riverfront Park is the lowest it’s been since then, too. It’s different now. Slifer, Smith & Frampton – Denver has sold every home in Riverfront Park at least once, and with more than half of all transactions in the past year running through our office, we’ve got more buyers, more showings and more experience in the neighborhood.

THE MORE THINGS CHANGE, THE MORE THEY STAY THE SAME.
